Description of the Course
The craft food and beverage Production, sales and service course is designed to provide the trainee with skills, knowledge and attitude required to perform as a cook and a waiter/ waitress.
The course involves preparation, production and service of food and drink to people in all types of catering establishment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum qualifications are KCSE D or KCE Div. 3 or the equivalent
- Course open to Beginners
- Pass in relevant Artisan Course.
Career / Employment Opportunities: Room Attendant, Waiter / Waitress, Food production and service in the catering industry, Instructor in the Vocational Training Centre.
Progression Path: Diploma in Catering and Accommodation Management.

- 3 kitchen cloths, one must be glass cloth
- Low black leather shoes
- Chefs tie/Neck tie(red/white/red checked)
