Application Process

The Catholic University of East Africa application starts with filling application forms. To do that, download the admission forms through the link: http://www.cuea.edu/images/documents/Downloads/CUEA%20Application%20for%20Admission_Rev,%20Aug%2017%202018.pdf

Save the form and print, and then fill all the spaces provided. After filling, send the filled form with all the necessary documents and payment slip for the application fee.

Students are also required to fill application forms or apply through KUCCPS and pay the required application fee of KES 2,000.

KUCCPS Admission Letter

CUEA admits students through KUCCPS through government’s initiative to admit government sponsored students to private schools. Thus, students are placed for courses at Catholic University of East Africa through KUCCPS.

You might be asking yourself, how can I download KUCCPS admission letters for Catholic University? Here’s how:

  • Go to the link: http://www.cuea.edu/index.php/download-admission-letter
  • The first thing you see is KCSE index number.
  • In the space provided, write your KCSE index number and year in the format 100000000002019, where 10000000000 is your index number and 2019 is the year you sat for KCSE
  • Click “submit”.
  • You will be directed to your profile. Navigate to downloads
  • Download your KUCCPS admission letter, save, and print

You will be required to provide the admission letter on the reporting day.
