Introduction to the Module Unit
Elements of Law is a unit offered to diploma students in supply chain management to equip them with the right attitudes, knowledge and skills to apply the law in business in relation to other persons and institutions.
General Objectives
By the end of this module unit, the learner should be able to:
- Discuss the sources of law in Kenya
- Explain the nature and jurisdiction of courts in Kenya
- Apply the elements of public law
- Outline the law of contract and its application in business transaction
