Introduction to the Module Unit
Employee Relations is a unit offered to diploma students in business related courses to equip them with the right attitudes, knowledge and skills to maintain good relations as employees in an organization.
General Objectives
By the end of this module unit, the learner should be able to:
- Recognize the importance of good employee relations in an organization
- Trace the historical background of employee relations in Kenya
- Demonstrate an understanding of the collective bargaining process
- Demonstrate an understanding of the grievances and disputes resolution procedure in an organization
