The Kitale National Polytechnic was established in 1980 as a public institute under the provisions of the Education Act (CAP211). It has grown to be the leading training institute in the region. It is located within Kitale Municipality along Elgon Rd, 1km from Kitale town.
Admission Requirements
To be admitted to Kitale National Polytechnic for a diploma course a minimum mean grade of C- in KCSE is required, D (plain) for Certificate courses and Artisan courses are open ended.

Application Process
To join Kitale National Polytechnic go to the institution’s website then visit the course list section https://www.kitalenationalpolytechnic.ac.ke/?page_id=556 and search for and select the course you want to pursue and fill the accompanying application form then submit.
You can also apply via KUCCPS student’s portal accessible through KUCCPS website www.kuccps.ac.ke by using your KCSE and KCPE index number as username and password, respectively. KUCCPS sets an application window within which students can submit their applications.

To get the KUCCPS admission letter go to KUCCPS student’s portal https://students.kuccps.net/login/ , log in with your application details i.e., username and password. Navigate to the admission letter section to download and print your KUCCPS admission letter.
You can also collect the admission letter from the applicant’s secondary school.
