Background Information

The Rift Valley Institute of Science and Technology (RVIST) is a public institution established in 1979 in Nakuru County of the then Rift Valley Province.  The Institute has played a significant role in education of youth contributing to creation of employment in both the public and private sector and spurred development in the region and country. RVIST has 3 campuses at Kericho, Nakuru Town Campus and the Main Campus.

Diploma courses require a minimum KCSE mean grade of C-, D (plain) for certificate and other course categories are open ended.

To join RVIST, visit the institute’s website and navigate to the download’s section and download the application form at https://rvist.ac.ke/students/downloads/RVIST%20APPLICATION%20FORM.pdf and fill the application form and send the duly filled form with all the required documents via email at admissions@rvist.ac.ke .

You can also apply for admission through KUCCPS website at www.kuccps.ac.ke . Visit the website and log in to the students’ portal according to the instructions given. Fill the application form selecting RVIST as your preferred college.

KUCCPS Admission Letters

After confirming your admission status to RVIST, go to the college website download’s section and download the admission letter at http://www.rvist.ac.ke/admission/jan2021/ enter your KCSE index number and year to download the admission letter.
