Technical University of Mombasa is a fully-fledged university since 2013 as it was initially Mombasa Polytechnic University College. Tum endeavors to offer opportunities for access of commensurate scientific, technical, entrepreneurship education and research skills for innovation and creativity to enhance employment opportunities for wealth creation.
Admission Requirements
Master’s degree
- Second Class Honors (Upper Division) in a relevant field OR
- Second Class Honors (Lower Division) degree and at least 2 years relevant research or work experience post-graduation.
Bachelor’s degree
- KCSE mean grade of C+ OR
- Diploma in a relevant field with at least pass/creditor OR
- Higher diploma in a relevant field
- Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education (KACE) of at least two principal passes in relevant subjects and a subsidiary pass.
