Backround Information
Eldoret Polytechnic (Eldoret Poly) is a public technical and voluntary training college located in Eldoret Town, Uasingishu County. The college offers middle level training to enable the youth acquire necessary skills for their survival and for the industrial growth of the country.
Eldoret Polytechnic also boasts of a qualified and dedicated faculty members who are willing and able to train and support learners at all times. The polytechnic has grown immensely over the years thanks to the strong work ethic of its staff members as well as proper management by the top administrators.
Graduates from Eldoret Poly enjoy massive employment from companies in Western Kenya such as Mumias Sugar, Chemelil Sugar, Coca Cola, Kenya Seeds Company Ltd, etc. The institutions has made great strides in science and technology, and has a modern library with sufficient learning resources to help students in their education.

How to Apply for Courses offered at Eldoret Polytechnic
Online Application – Eldoret Poly
One way to apply for courses at Eldoret Polytechnic is through online application. To apply for a course online at the institution, follow the following steps:
- Log into the application portal through the following link: http://www.eldopoly.schoolswebportal.com/application/
- Check the minimum course requirements on the table of courses provided in the application portal page to ensure that you qualify for the course you are applying for.
- Click on the “Register” button on the top right below the ‘Thank You” message
- Fill the form with general details and KCSE details
- Upload Certificates
- Choose your course of choice and pay the application fee of KES 750.
- Log out and wait for your admission letter to be sent through email.
NB: Make sure you provide the right email address to get your admission letter without delay.
Applying through Posta or Email
To apply for a course at Eldoret Polytechnic through mail, follow the following application procedure:
- Check for advertisements on newspapers and obtain a coupon – advertisements are made every March (for May intake) and July (for September intake) or;
- Download Eldoret Polytechnic application form here; https://www.tenp.ac.ke/pdf/TENP_APPLICATION_FORMS.pdf
- Complete the coupon or application form with relevant details and submit it at the Admissions office in the Main Campus, Eldoret. You can also send filled application forms to eldopolyadmissions@gmail.com.
- Make sure you attach copies of relevant academic certificates, ID card and a deposit slip of the application fee of KES 750. The fees can be paid to the bank details provided below.
Application through KUCCPS
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) also offers an opportunity for government-sponsored students to apply for courses online.
To do this, you need to log in to the KUCCPS portal using your KCSE index number. Use KCPE index number or birth certificate number as password.
