Background information about Bomet University College

BUC is a public university located in Bomet County, Kenya. The institution was founded as a constituent campus of Moi University in 2016, with an aim of making it a fully-fledged university in due course. Bomet University College is an upgrade of Bomet TTI, which was taken over by Moi University in 2016. The university started with offering five courses of Moi University, but it has since established several schools and research centers.

One of the key advantages of the institution is that it offers its students practical orientations to work through industrial attachments and field work.
