Diploma Applicants are required to have a minimum mean grade of C- in KCSE and Certificate Applicants are required to have a minimum mean grade of D (plain) while Artisan courses are open ended.

To join Kisumu National Polytechnic go to the institute’s website www.kisumupoly.ac.ke then go to admissions section https://kisumupoly.ac.ke/joining-instructions download the application form and submit the duly filed form to the admissions office.
You can also apply via KUCCPS student’s portal accessible through KUCCPS website www.kuccps.ac.ke by using your KCSE and KCPE index number as username and password, respectively. KUCCPS sets an application window within which students can submit their applications

To download your KUCCPS admission letter go to Kisumu National Polytechnic website www.kisumupoly.ac.ke then log into http://admissions.kisumupoly.ac.ke/ using your KCSE index number/year as both username and password, fill your profile and download your admission letter.

To access the students’ portal, click http://portal.kisumupoly.ac.ke/login/sign-in and log in but a new user can create an account through the link on the portal.
